I am incredibly good at getting up and out of bed and going into work and doing 12 hour days. What I'm incredibly bad at is focusing on the task at hand. I will often go off on a tangent to learn how something works, or something shiny will come my way and I'll go off and play with it. What are your strategies for increasing focus for someone who has the discipline to put in the time?
